I was smiling from ear to ear watching Michelle's video. She put such care in making sure she personalized the entire video, taking points from the information I included in my original request. It was very authentic, none of it seemed canned, and it's almost as if she actually knew my brother as acquaintances beforehand. Here's a bit of something I didn't know: Michelle has some bona fide singing chops! She sang a quick song which was lovely to hear. I'm so happy with how this all went.
