Wow! Thank you so much for the time and effort on the heartfelt message for out son’s 16th birthday! (It made this mom cry!) You totally exceeded our expectations and this is something our son will treasure always. He didn’t believe that it was real at first, and once he realized it was really meant for him he was in total amazement. He thanked us over and over. You are an inspiration to others, Michael, on and off the field. We’ll be rooting for you!!! Go Pirates!

Michael is awesome! He sent such a great video, my girlfriend (who’s a big fan of his) loved it! He truly cared and appreciated the opportunity to provide a personal message to a fan. Was pleasantly surprised that the length of the video was longer than expected and he really read and commented on all the notes I provided.
