A little late with my review, but OMG!!! Melissa is incredible. Made a last minute request since I had run out of gift ideas for my fiancé last month and had the video back in a snap. Not only did Melissa include information that I included in my request, but she went a step beyond. She's so warm/personable and it really felt like we've known her personally for years. My fiancé is head over heels for the video and is looking forward to meeting her favorite voice actress at a convention one day soon. Thanks Melissa
