I totally agree with your analogy about writing songs vs. A book. Writing a book requires lots of focus and recollection of different scenes or events that happened along your journey. The best way to write a book I'd to keep good notes of each location that brought you the best joy in life including sadness along the way. Keep good notes will make you the "Best Seller" at Amazon.
