I booked this for mother’s day for my best friend and nell let me know she wasn’t able to do it right away, and sent a short video explaining that she will complete the request. That was about a month ago and I haven’t heard anything since, but I know she’s a very busy lady!! I’ve tried messaging a few times but I’m not sure she received them. Still love Nell, I’m just not sure where to go from here 🤍

Omg!!! Nell was absolutely lovely!! Her video was authentic and personalized, and I could tell she was genuinely happy to be making it for my fiancé. It also was not rushed at all - Nell clearly took the time to make it special. I cannot wait to show the video to my fiancé, she is going to LOVE it! So FABULOUS, she’s the best! Her video was sheer perfection! Our daughter has loved her forever, she’s a die-hard “Rocky Horror Picture Show” fan, we all are actually. Nell’s video to her was so fun and sweet. She made it very personalized for our daughter, it looked like she was talking to a real friend.
