Lanny is one of the most kind, genuine, and poised gentlemen I've ever met. He treats everyone with respect and authenticity. He's got great memory and makes everyone feels special. His presence lights up a room and he's got the best stories. All these things come through in his personalized greetings.

Lanny’s video to my husband for his 65th birthday was amazing. He was feeling down for a few other reasons and with his birthday coming up Tuesday, I could not wait and gave it to him 2 days early. It put the biggest smile on his face. He was so happy and I want to again thank you Lanny for a down to earth, funny video. You made the video a month early (Lanny was so prompt) and it was so hard not to give it to him and wait. It was the best present to him. Thanks again for bringing him joy!
