The video felt really authentic and personal! Kellin was sick when I first booked the video so he messaged me to apologize for taking too long and to ask me to send a new video request, which I did and got the video the next day. You really get the feeling that Kellin cares deeply about this content and puts effort in it. I booked a birthday wish for my significant other and they loved it!
