I was very disappointed.Unfortunately my video description was read on the spot & we knew he didn’t really put the thought in. As well as he didn’t say my name but said my last name & kept saying it wrong & just repeating himself as it seems he didn’t know what to say yet I wrote in such depth. The person I got this video has terminal cancer. I just thought he would try & put more care into the video. And read the description prior. I was embarrassed to send the video to him. & I also paid extra to write him more.
