My dad initially didn't believe it was "the" Johnny Bench talking to him because how could he possibly know who he was? When it was explained that it really was him, my dad was so amazed and excited, just like a young player getting a pep talk from an idol. He watched the video multiple times post-surgery. Thank you, Mr. Bench. You made a lifetime baseball player and fan so happy with your message.

Johnny did a great job using the limited 250 characters allowed (without an additional cost) to create a birthday video for my brother! He was personable, humorous and down to earth. This was a gift to a close friend of mine and while I'm a Red Sox fan at heart, this video gave me a whole new perspective on (and appreciation for) Johnny Bench. Some celebrities "call it in" on Cameo, and Johnny did the opposite. He read what I wrote and created a sincere, and personal video that my friend will forever cherish.
