Mr. Kelly was the perfect surprise for my Dad's 80th Birthday! Everyone loved the message and Mr. Kelly used all of the information I sent about my dad, so genuinely and naturally, you would have thought they were friends! Mr. Kelly did an absolutely amazing job. He turned our request around in less than 48 hours. He did a great job of personalizing the message to our guest. We are especially excited that Mr. Kelly tied in the items about our guest being a 20+ year season ticket holder and also the lengths this person went through to attend home games in Buffalo traveling in from another state.
