EPIC!! My sis literally jumped up and down and screamed while watching this video. Jeff hit on every tidbit that I gave him and really made it feel like he was speaking directly to her. He used her name during the video several times and made that fun personal connection that I was hoping for her Birthday. He also had a quick turn around time after request was sent.
