The video was great. He said all the right things. He was very encouraging to my grandson. The only thing wrong was the pronunciation of his name. That was my fault I should’ve specified Zachary is pronounced Zack-A-Ree. Other than that it was fantastic. Grandson loved it and was almost in tears he was so happy.
