Pat was awesome! I ordered a video for my brother Brian’s 50th birthday a week in advance just in case it took a few days. Pat got it back to me faster than a home run hit out of Wrigley. I was surprised at how personalized the video was, it was as if he was speaking directly to my brother. My brother was so elated about the special voicemail message that Pat made for him. Pat you are truly one of a kind and I cannot thank you enough! Love you! Go Cubs!!!

I was amazed I received the video the very next day! I’m so delighted he read my message and conveyed my thoughts to wish my husband a very happy anniversary and that I loved him and was looking forward to seeing the Cubs play baseball with him on our anniversary. He even called a play that hubby could use on his phone answer message! What a great idea and I appreciate this more than you know!
