I really needed a pep talk and Chelsea’s voice and reassurance made me feel better about dealing with toxic family members and more importantly setting those boundaries. It’s hard for me due to the cultural aspect but I have been more assertive and I know I’m doing the right thing for my well-being but I have to keep reminding myself.
