I was lucky enough to catch Chef Hall when she was already recording multiple cameos, which meant a super-fast reply, but would have been well worth the more typical wait, and then some. It really does start to feel like you are sitting in her kitchen and she’s just chatting with you. Anyway, never tried roasting celery but it’s definitely in our plans now. If I could have given 6 stars I would!! Above and beyond does not begin to describe Carla’s video. It was very very personable and it really felt like we have known her and she has known us for many years. This video was for my wife for our 24th anniversary and Carla delivered a far better clip than the best one I had imagined in my head. Thank you Carla!!!!
