Brian, your video was absolutely amazing. We loved how you made it feel special and unique, despite being limited by what little information I was able to give you. Thank you for everything, you gave her something that she'll be able to love and cherish forever. You exceeded my expectations by a mile. Apologies for the delayed review. The cameo we received from Brian Baumgartner was absolutely fantastic and was the perfect birthday gift to send to my loved ones. The recipients (along with myself) are huge fans. To this day, I still smile and laugh when I watch the cameo. Thank you so much for making their day extra special.

There was 3 hours left before the one week deadline when I logged in to cancel as it was for a graduation party that was just wrapping up. The video came in an hour prior and I am so glad I did NOT cancel. It was absolutely awesome! Brian was incredibly personable, creative, funny and managed to come up with some really original stuff while also mixing in some great references from my son's favorite TV program and capturing all my request notes. Absolutely massive!!! (That's what she said!)
