Ray was so fast to respond (same day) and he was SO personable and thoughtful - he shared some personal stories that were perfectly tailored to my husband's background, and he sang Miles and Miles of Texas (his favorite song), he was warm and funny and just all-around awesome. The only problem is my husband's birthday is two weeks away and I'm so excited to share this with him, I don't know how I'll make it! THANK YOU, RAY, LOVE YOU!
