I received the notification about the video not even a day later! Andy's message definitely brought a smile to my face and I will cherish his words forever. I wish the video was slightly longer, seeing that this isn't the cheapest of services. All in all, definitely a great experience, can recommend.

Thanks to Andy Biersack for the greeting he recorded for my kid - she loved it so much. What a fun birthday surprise. Advice for others- give the person something to work with-poor Andy was struggling to put together a coherent message with what I gave him, but pulled it off beautifully. <3 THANK YOU
