Brilliant! The video arrived at the perfect moment for my husband's birthday. It was Alton Brown at his best--witty, creative, and brilliant. He incorporated all of the information that I submitted, and what surprised and pleased us the most was that he correctly surmised the breed of our dog. Yes--Tater is a pug!! An exceptional video from a first-class chef!
