It was very kind and thank you to them for doing it. It was a little delayed because of their wild schedule (a good thing because it means they still are doing their thing) but they got it in. This exceeded my wildest expectations. Graham and Russell were SO kind and SO sincere in wishing my girlfriend a happy birthday. They somehow took a teaspoon of personal information and spoke to her like a long-lost friend, greeting her with warmth, humor and gratitude. We love the band anyway (doesn't everybody?) but this personal connection gives me a whole new appreciation for a band that loves its fans back.
