I requested a Kerry video for my Mom's 80th birthday. Her response was priceless: "How on earth did you do this???? Kerry James (Caleb on Heartland) even mentioned me by name!!! (swoon) I've watched it 4X so far, and I just can't believe it! This means SOOOO much to me, you just can't imagine! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I'm feeling like a giddy teenager right now!" I didn't give him much to go on and he turned it into a nice, heartfelt greeting. I appreciate his authenticity!

Kerry, I can't thank you enough for taking time out of your day to create that Cameo for Genny. As soon as she heard your first words and her name, she was completely surprised, sank back in her chair and cried. You summed up everything perfectly and really personalized it by even mentioning your folks and what they've been dealing with and how it's impacted you. Dude, you hit a home run. No make that a grand slam! Thanks again! She will long remember this since it's especially from you!
