Thank you thank you thank you. I was unable to record her reaction without raising suspicion. We watched it at lunch. She sat quietly and watched it then said “WOW! I have some friends I need to show this to.” You made her day. She was touched by how heartfelt and considerate it was. Thanks again!

Mr. Savard went above and beyond! He responded so fast and left such a great, lengthy message. It was for my dad Bill’s 63rd birthday and Denis made the message so personal, warm and friendly my dad really felt like Denis was having a direct conversation with him. My dad was so surprised and happy it almost brought him to tears. Mr. Savard is such a class act thank you again Denis you’re the best!!!
